API Platform version(s) affected: all versions of pidusage

Description
Microsoft have now deprecated WMIC on some Windows versions. While some Windows builds can still install WMIC as an optional tool (e.g Windows 11 22H2), not all Windows versions support this (e.g. Windows 10 version 21H1)

https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/windows-itpro-blog/wmi-command-line-wmic-utility-deprecation-next-steps/4039242 has more details

How to reproduce
Use pidusage on a Windows version that does not come with WMIC already installed.

Possible Solution
As a temporary solution, WMIC can be installed extra on some Windows systems, but the recommended solution is to switch using PowerShell (Get-CimInstance) as this will continue to be supported.
