Add a note about C0 T0 --> C0 T1 (CPU 1) #169

Description

@ironmannFB3

It could be added to the startup text, in the config file, or in the readme.

This is probably common knowledge with everyone, but I thought I was losing my mind. When I run tests outside of CoreCycler, it finds affinity with C0 T0. When using CoreCycler... C0 T1. It probably doesn't matter except to my OCD.

I searched everywhere and finally read line-by-line through the log file:

The selected core to test: 0
+ Trying to avoid Core 0 / CPU 0, as this is mainly used by the OS
+ Setting to CPU 1 instead, which is the second virtual CPU of Core 0
