Ignoring prototypes does not work on a live client, at least for guidebook entry prototypes

To replicate:
- Ignorefile some guidebook entry prototypes
- Open the guidebook on a live (not local development) client and see the entry still there

Debugging a live client shows the entry isn't actually marked as abstract
The code for ignoring protypes is ran though, and the ignored file is added to the prototype manager before it initializes
