Robust toolbox does not respect `xsetwacom` remaps

Linux/X11: buttons remapped with xsetwacom are interpreted as not-remapped.

Replication steps:

1. Set button 2 to Right Mouse Button xsetwacom set X Button 2 button +3.
2. Every application interprets button 2 as RMB.
3. SS14 interprets button 2 as Button 2 (MMB).

I was unable to find any possible cause on the system level.
All other applications interpret button clicks as remapped, as expected.
This is unique to SS14 specifically hence this report.

Note: remappings done via xinput are intepreted correctly, and may be used as an acceptable workaround for some people (remap buttons using xinput rather than xsetwacom). Regardless, SS14 seems an outlier among applications for ignoring xsetwacom remappings.

Correct. Replicated it on latest SDL3. Will report upstream.

Feel free to close this - I do not know what's the protocol for dependency bugs here (technically still an issue until upstream is fixed and propagated downstream, but I also know most projects prefer to not track dependency issues).
