Text to Speech in different languages

I tried out text to speech on Latvian news site and it sounds like crap. How can I improve speech sound more native?

I think you need to edit the speech to text settings on your device. Feeder uses whatever is configured on your phone.

Forget about Samsung TTS for Latvian language, because doesn't have Latvian TTS Voices. Removed damn Samsung TTS and installed Google TTS with Latvian TTS Voice. And voila sounds good enough for me. I can read articles much faster now.👍
