Display level 3 files on exposure/detector pages #1724
Description
Issue JWQL-285 was created on JIRA by Bryan Hilbert:
Users have indicated that they would like to see level 3 files on exposure or detector level pages by adding radio buttons along side the existing radio buttons for the various level 2 suffixes.
This would be convenient for the users, however it will take some investigation. For the JDAViz views, the exact JDAViz tool required is going to vary based on the level 3 file.
