Revert NIRCam Threshold

@pbennet and I both started seeing errors running the NIRCam generate script. PR #219 reduced the threshold from 1.0 to 0.2. The PR was submitted earlier, but not approved until other recent changes. I'll submit a new PR reverting that value.
