Warnings about JWST PRD

I cannot remove this warning:

**WARNING**: LOCAL JWST PRD VERSION PRDOPSSOC-068 DOESN'T MATCH THE CURRENT ONLINE VERSION PRDOPSSOC-071
Please consider updating pysiaf, e.g. pip install --upgrade pysiaf or conda update pysiaf

I have issued both commands and even tried pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall pysiaf and that does not resolve the issue.

I'll investigate this further later (I'm at an appointment for my son), but I suspect this is due to the fact that we'[re in the middle of preparing a new release of pysiaf. So the repo has the newer PRD, but that hasn't been pushed to pypi yet.

This comes up often, and the most recent time I saw was related to some code not getting pushed from GitHub to PyPI. Maybe a more stable solution is, to change the __init__.py file and when it sees that you do not have the latest PRD, to fetch it from GitHub. Because just issuing the warning is really disconcerting and that gets compounded when the advice to resolve the warning doesn't work.
