Maintainers message needs to convert underscores back to dashes

I noticed that the following package(s) don't yet have maintainers:

• py_distributed

...

$ spack blame py_distributed

We just need to map the underscore name back to the dashed name.

I noticed this for my spack package updater - it's definitely nice that they are modules now, but the need to do the transform (and errors that result for cases where that is forgotten) is 😭
