There might be missing commas in the following sentences:
Proof. ∀x if x is an equilateral triangle, then x is isosceles.

Proof. ∀x if x is a computer science student, then x needs to take data structures.

So they could be:
Proof. ∀x, if x is an equilateral triangle, then x is isosceles.

Proof. ∀x, if x is a computer science student, then x needs to take data structures.

Also, because we're supposed to be the form
∀x, if __ then __,

I believe the sentences:
∀ equilateral triangles x, x is isosceles.
and
∀ computer science students x, x needs to take data structures.
are redundant. (They are correct, but that's not what the exercise is asking.)
