Is the number of combinations for eclairs correct for exercise 9.6.19?

Hi!
In exercise 19 I understand that we are subtracting from the set of all combinations those combinations that are suppose to have 10 or more eclairs, the problem is, according to the problem statement we must include those combinations that contain 10 eclair. Therefore the set we should subtract are those combinations that have 11 or more eclair, this is, the combination should be 14C9 not 15C10. Please let me know if my reasoning is not sound.

This result also affect the result in part b of the exercise. If my observation is right, then the final answer for part b should be 46761.
