[feature suggestion] add a matrix <-> matrix double pupetting bridge. #4687

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
All Matrix clients I know so far and which I find usable do not support multi account. (I know some multi account clients but I do not find them usable for me.)
On the other hand, there are a few matrix accounts that I have (and also cannot migrate).
For now, this means that I only regularly see one account, and check the others only every few weeks.

A Matrix-to-Matrix double pupetting bridge.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Using FluffyChat-Client (not usable for me due to user experience design decisions),
- switching between accounts (not practicable).

Examples of bridges that say that they do that:
