[Release Candidate] NTRIP Server breaking connection due to (unreal) lack of RTCM

I'm seeing the NTRIP Server break the connections every few minutes, supposedly due a lack of RTCM data, even though RTCM is arriving thick and fast:

Fixed in pcUpdates #701 via commit d685ba7

The solution was to make the whole ntripServerArray volatile
