Move non-OpenCV features out of this repo #42
Description
The decision has been made for this repo to be exclusively our MicroPython port of OpenCV. No hardware drivers, no examples, no automated builds, etc. All of those will move elsewhere so that in the future, if the community ever creates a more official port, then we can leverage that instead of our own port.
