[feature request] Fall back credentials for proxy

Hi,

I'm creating a request as I can't see a similar one.

I have multiple TV's and using the proxy functionality. My provider only allows 2 streams, if a third is started, the first is ended.
I'm wondering if it's possible to provide multiple credentials against a playlist that m3u-editor can use as fallback?

got a couple updates to the proxy feature I'm working on, and this will be part of that. Just gotta get some more time to test and get it buttoned up...
