Describe the bug

When the setting for hls proxy is set I cannot get a stream to start in emby.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add to emby with hls enabled?
Start a stream.
Loading circle appears forever

Expected behavior

Stream starts.

Actual behavior

Loading circle appears forever

Sadly on the first try with only my smartphone it did not work. Will post log and extensive testsing tomorrow.

Can you try to add PROXY_FFMPEG_ADDITIONAL_ARGS=-avoid_negative_ts make_zero -fflags +genpts+igndts -bsf:v h264_mp4toannexb and see if that helps?

You can take a look at this project it has the same conecpt with the hls proxy and support for hdhr I never tried this with the proxy But can do if you want me to: https://github.com/Josh5/TVH-IPTV-Config

Ok so I enabled it and refreshed the playlist. And it still works in plex.

@sparkison its either in the channels.py or the playlists.py and the general function is in the routes_hls_proxy.py
