Description
Generic targets
I'm not quite sure how these'd fit together as "targets": maybe they'd just be command-line options to enable functions for targets that don't support a certain kind of feature (or to toggle their implementation, or to disable them).

Server targets
Every server listed on spaspec/spaspec-standard#1
Service targets
Like Server Targets, this'd be based on everything mentioned at spaspec/spaspec-standard#1. Many of these would probably just overlap with the "Generic Targets" described above.
