Fixing SimPlayer. Adding back in reverted fix. (#134)

* Moving and renaming config setting for UNR-3142 * Game mode need BP_GDK_PlayerController for the SimPlayer controller BP_GDK_PlayerController was trying to connect twice in case of SimPlayers. This was an old issue that got reverted. * Revert "Moving and renaming config setting for UNR-3142" This reverts commit 9f80e42.
