How can it log the attributes of a hasOne relationship?

Hello,
I have a model called Post, and this model has a hasOne relationship with another model called Rule. I need to log both attributes of the models after updating if there is a modification. Unfortunately, the values of the relation are not saved.
This is the getActivitylogOptions method of the Post model:
