Problem while installing laravel-dashboard on DDEV

Hello,

I have a problem installing this dashboard

Here my CLI output:

As you can see the Tags "dashboard-migrations" and "dashboard-config" were not found. I have searched full project for dashboard-config and it could not be found.

Interesting:

If I execute the command directly in DDEV container it works.
