Switched ids in AWS storage

Have you even encounter situation with this library that ids of media is switched?

It only happened to me when using AWS storage.

In mysql database in media table i have an item of id X with name example_name but on amazon s3 bucket it is in directory X+1 with example_name and id X where is should be put is completly different media item.

I would appreciate to share knowlege and solve my problem.
