Wrong Image path and Url on Windows

Hello, I have be toiling over this for two days ago to show some pictures uploaded and it does not work. Even the url returns a 404 not found error.
This is the path returned C:\laragon\www\ozil\storage\app/public\7/101148635_934531226993968_4705158912108658688_o.jpg and this is the url https://localhost/storage/7/101148635_934531226993968_4705158912108658688_o.jpg
here is my disk

I have tried with the local and still got the same output.
