My conversions don't work

I have a problem with a project that I use your package.

This is my function to convert my media on my modal class:

    public function registerMediaConversions(Media $media = null)
    {
        $this->addMediaConversion('thumb')
            ->fit(Manipulations::FIT_CROP, 200, 200)
            ->sharpen(10);

        $this->addMediaConversion('icon')
            ->fit(Manipulations::FIT_CROP, 100, 100)
            ->sharpen(10);

        $this->addMediaConversion('large')
            ->width('1024')
            ->sharpen(10);

        $this->addMediaConversion('medium')
            ->width('600')
            ->sharpen(10);
    }

But everything works fine if my database is connected as root user but if put another user, you media not convert and don't send to my S3 storage.

What I must do to work the conversion with any user from the database?
