TinyPlaceholderGenerator media library

Hi everyone, i'm using medialibrary 8. I need help.
I'm using $profileImg->getUrl() method to return a url to the front-end vue templates.

1. Is there a helper method that can return only return the blurred TinyPlaceholderGenerator? (i'm not using blade templates, i use inertiajs and vue)
2. Does webp image format get a generated blurred TinyPlaceholder?
