can i get the file path on addmedia to s3 via queue

HI,
Is it possible to get the url for an image uploaded to an s3 disk using queues before the queue job has been processed?
I have a need to both upload an image to an s3 disk AND add the url to thr db within the same time. the actuall existance of the image at this url can wait for the queue but the url can not.
