How to generate a zip file and download in vue js

Greetings , i try to generate a zip file with this sentences

$object = MediaStream::create('export.zip')->addMedia($downloads);

an them try to download by vue , but its not work , so its possible generate a zip file and put in a folder temporarily to download .
