Get custom attribute from first media

Dear all,

I'm trying to receive and custom attribute (alt tag) from the first media. But unfortunately I receive an error:

But if I dd() the exact same I receive the correct value:

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Well I did a migrate fresh and uploaded data again and then it also worked in blade. I guess there was just one element which did not have the property.
