Storage folder has changed after change year

spatie media library : v9
php : 7.4

I think I already asked the question (but it disappeared somewhere).

With the advent of the new 2022, the file storage folder has changed. But the module "medialibrary" still refers (and builds the path) to the old folder.
I can't understand what is the problem in laravel settings or "medialibrary" module?
