After updating my media table don't update uuid, conversions_disk and generated_conversions

I follow the update process and works fine in my local project, but when i put in production and my application execute this code:

$mediaItem->copy($this->model, 'image');

The tree fields uuid, conversions_disk and generated_conversions from update process, always store NULL. What can be wrong?
