MediaLibrary Pro CRUD

Hi,

I succesfully use media library pro attachment field to upload files to the server. The user also needs to be able to edit their post. Is it possible to fill the x-media-library-attachment field with the current files? To populate it with the files in ->getMedia() function of the post? Sothat the user can delete or add files.
