I can not retrieved media path via Observer

I created a User Observer,

    public function created(User $user): void
    {
        $mediaItems = $user->getFirstMedia('avatar_collection');
        dd($mediaItems); // Return null
    }

User Mpdule:

    {
        $this->addMediaCollection('avatar_collection')->singleFile()->useDisk('avatar_collection');
        $this->addMediaCollection('image')->singleFile();
        $this->addMediaCollection('gallery');
        $this->addMediaCollection('pdf')->singleFile();
    }

    public function registerMediaConversions(Media $media = null): void
    {
        $this->addMediaConversion('thumb')
            ->width(200)
            ->height(200);

    }

    public function toArray()
    {
        return array_merge(parent::toArray(), ['name' => $this->name]);
    }

Your user probably created first, and the media doesn't exist (yet).

I would also opt-out against using this, since you would like to work with jobs/queuing instead. You could create an event to listen when the user has been fully created.
