Responsive images have stopped working

All of my responsive images, which were working fine until yesterday, have stopped working. They are trying to display image sizes that do not exist in the responsive image folder. for example here are the images in the responsive image folder

and here is the data from the database

I have tried php artisan media-library:regenerate but it doesn't appear to have made any difference.

So it appears that this issue began with the 10.15.0 update that was pushed to the server 2 days ago. I have gone back to check that no changes have been made to the database values since then so the change is with the actual image files themselves. Does anyone know what is going on and how can I fix it?
