Pro's License - It states --- One Application "Valid for a single application"

Can I use the same license for dev/test/prod ? Or would this take 3 licenses ?

I am making sure that I purchase the correct license.

Never mind. Just needed to re-read it and noticed that it is for one application. This covers the dev/test/prod question.
