[Bug]: CSS Background Color not working in header and footer

What happened?

I've tried to add background-color: #eee to header or footer but it's not working.

How to reproduce the bug

Add background-color: #eee to header and footer

I got this to work by adding this to the header blade template:

html { -webkit-print-color-adjust: exact; }

But now there's an extra space for the header and footer for some reason and now can't solve it.
