How can we embed a global header and footer?

I am trying to make my PDF work with global header and footer using footerView and headerView() to make it work on every page.

1. Problem i am facing is that inlinedImage tag doesn't work.
2. The content after automatic page break should start after header and end before the footer
3. Fonts are not working when including footer via footerView and headerView() function from controller.

can anyone help on this?
