Spot color

Can I create a spot color in laravel-pdf like Mpdf? Can spatie/color do that after the pdf is created? Is it possible to use Mpdf and Laravel-pdf simultaneously to accomplish this? I am creating a print pdf and the print vendor requires a spot color. I am presently opening the pdf and doing the conversion in Illustrator but would it would be preferable to create the pdf without the extra workflow. btw the tailwind blade views work great!
