complex permissions

i am not sure if it is even a good idea or if it is already doable.
Some permissions are far more than a simple calculation for example:

Gate::define('edit_bill', function($user,$bill){
if($bill->allowChange())
{
return true;
}
return $user->id == $bill->creator_id && $bill->created_on + '30 days' > now() && $bill->sub_total < 1000;
});

it would be super helpful if we can have something similar:

$user->hasPermissionTo('edit_bill',[$bill]); //it runs the gate internally
OR
$role->giveGatedPermissionTo('edit_bill');
OR
$role->givePermisstionTo('edit existing bills',['gate_name'=>'edit_bill']);

Laravel supports that natively.

Gate::define('edit_bill', function($user, $bill) {
 // complex logic here, whether related to roles/permissions or not
}

$user->can('edit_bill', $bill);
// or in blade
@can('edit_bill', $bill);
