While seeding data I am getting issues in case I add a new Guard admin in seeder files please check and let me know how I can resolved this

Maybe User has two guards and admin is not the first

Found the issues and resolved it i was missing the create permission to admin Guard so I added the crate the permission for admin Guard as well and work fine
