AllowedFilter::exact('attribute'), but with Local Scope

Hi,

is there an easy way to archive the exact filter behaviour:

// GET /users?filter[id]=1,2,3,4,5&filter[admin]=true

$users = QueryBuilder::for(User::class)
->allowedFilters([
AllowedFilter::exact('id'),
])
->get();

// $users will contain all admin users with id 1, 2, 3, 4 or

but with a scope instead of an attribute?

I created a custom Filter

class OrWhereFilterForScopes implements Filter
{
    public function __invoke(Builder $query, $value, string $property): void
    {
        $options = explode(',', $value);

        $query->where(function ($query) use ($options, $property) {
            foreach ($options as $option) {
                $query->orWhere(function ($q) use ($property, $option) {
                    $q->$property($option);
                });
            }
        });
    }
}

and use it like this:

AllowedFilter::custom('localScopeName', new OrWhereFilterForScopes),

but this seems a bit weird for me.

Is there a better way?
