Cannot connect Ray to AWS private Server

Hi,

Sometimes, I work with private servers where I don't have direct SSH access. For security reasons, DevOps does not provide any SSH credentials. Normally, I have to work through a web terminal, e.g., Digital Ocean, AWS. In this case, I cannot use Ray as I cannot provide SSH or a password for remote server connection.

If there were an option to relay logs to Microsoft Teams, Discord, etc., by webhook, it would be helpful for developers like me.
