Better way for forcing locale and not using global locale ?

Hello , I was wondering is there a better way for forcing locale when creating model ? I know that when we using

Model::usingLocale('bg')->create(['a' => 'b'])

this is not working because Laravel creates new model , and $translationLocale is not set on the new model .

Now I am using this and is ok , but i don't know if is the best option 👍

$homeBanner = HomeBanner::usingLocale($validated['locale']);

$homeBanner
 ->fill($validated)
 ->save();
