Wrong translation if missing locale in DB?

Hi guys,

I'm facing with strange issue and I can't find solution.

I made controller where user can update already existed translations to suits it's own needs - status text is variable.
But problem occurs if I save only part of translations.

For example:
I have locales: EN, DE, SL (English, Germany and Slovenian) - app locale fallback is Slovenian

User saves translation for EN and DE, but for some reason in cache goes also SL with DE translation ...
If user saves all three translations all is working OK.

I played around and flush cache and dump before saving and in fact getTranslationsForGroup returns DE translation instead NULL?

Hi!

Sometimes it's better to stop work and sleep for some time... :)
For some reason I had inside .env twice defined APP_FALLBACK_LOCALE and second time at the bottom it was set to DE instead SL ...
