Email is not sent

Hello,

I have installed the module and it works fine locally. With the same installation, on a staging server and a working smtp configuration (I can send emails outside the module), nothing happens.

I understand that the module goes through a Dispatcher, but I don't understand why it doesn't work when locally everything is fine. I am not really familiar with this Dispatcher:class.

What should I check in this case?
