Description of the device

@mdwyman recently merged a PR into apstools that adds some ACS-specific support to their HHL aperature device.

We're no longer using ophyd-classic for the HHL aperature, but we should apply these same changes to our AperatureSlits device.

Justification

Keeping track of this ACS-specific parameters in the configuration of a scan will be useful if we ever lose this information, or want to track how its changed over time.
