Description of the feature

Strategy:

• if shutter permit revoked (and/or beam current? 50 mA)
  • pause the scan
• when permit is restored and stored beam > 50 mA
  • wait for front-end shutter delay + NN seconds
  • open the shutter
  • resume the scan

Other questions:

• What about if we want to do scans without beam?
• Could we override this if needed?
