cryptoClass and cryptosubClass properties description: relation and update

Background

• The current state of the properties description when it comes to cryptoClass is not satisfactory, as @zvr pointed out in this comment. The current note in the description should be expanded or modified
• During the Crypto List Group meeting 2025-08-13 a discussion on this point was held.
• Subclasses, according to the current description of the list properties

Description

• No consensus has been reached beyond adding to the properties description list the concept of
  • cryptoClass
  • cryptoSubClass
  • cryptoSubSubClass
• It is yet to be seen that cryptoSubSubClass is required
• The Group is currently happy with separation of cryptoClass and cryptoSubClass using the character "/"
  • The idea is to revisit this structure once the group has discussed and agreed on the introduction to the list of the properties "curve" and "OID", which might alter the current structure of the list, so current relation between cryptoClass and cryptoSubClass or event their existance
• In any case, cryptoSubClass property should be described ASAP so the current SPDX Cryptographic Algorithms List Properties Description file reflects accurately the current state of the List
