bundle path issues

I have some $ref like ../xxx.yaml#/components/schemas/Xxx in my main openapi yaml file, refering to a parent folder yaml.
It seems it's not bundled properly and stays as ../.

The bundle feature works as expected with redocly cli, so i know it's not an issue with my spec.

If needed i can create a reproducible sample.

I haven't been able to reproduce this as describe unfortunately but while investigating it I did find other issues that have now been resolved in #51.

If you are able to provide a reproducible we can test if maybe this fixes that as well otherwise maybe when this is released you can try again on your spec.

I managed to create a quite short example here, done with the latest version.
Hopefully, that helps you find out the root issue

Hey @vincentserpoul I have been looking into it, it exposed a bit of a flaw with how I was handling certain paths, and I am just working through the refactoring to handle it.

Unfortunately higher priority tasks have captured my time over the last week, but I hope to get back to it before the end of the week.
