Suggestion: explicit support for roadmap step

The process description on https://www.specflow.com includes a Roadmap step between Spec and Tasks. However, the files in templates/starter/ don't explicitly reference the concept of a roadmap or include a template for this step. Below is an example prompt that worked reasonably well for me:

1. Decompose the initial feature set into Phase 1 (Core Foundation)
2. Sequence follow-on features into subsequent phases
3. Include strategic phases table with:
   - Phase number and name
   - Focus area
   - Key features from SPEC.md
   - Success criteria
   - Timeline estimates
4. Create milestone breakdown with implementation steps
5. Add iteration plan showing how we'll cycle through execution and refinement phases

Use the same visual language as Specflow documentation (tables, phase numbering, NO emojis). Prioritize features from SPEC.md while maintaining flexibility for continuous refinement. Include placeholder markers [List initial features from SPEC] and [List follow-on features from SPEC] where the SPEC.md content should be inserted.

If you add something like this, then TASKS.md would potentially need to reference both ROADMAP and SPEC.
