I´ve been trying to deprotect Upadoro TD several times now, with many different methods. Some methods seemed to work. It loads the map, the objects, even scripts. but then I am unable to save, because of hundreds of different errors.

there is even a deprotected version of it on wc3edit. but this does not work either.

So today I found your video "Revolutionize Warcraft 3 Map making with the Ultimate Deprotection Tool! | WC3MapDeprotector " . It rebuild the map, it loads the world edit.exe, it closes world edit and saves map. But unfortunately when I try to open the map again it shows " Level info data missing or invalid "

Can you send me a link to the specific Upadoro TD map you're trying to deprotect? Every one I download from epicwar.com is already deprotected.

The script errors unfortunately have to be solved by hand, but a deprotected map has 2 versions of the script, the war3map.j (compiled code for game) & the (war3map.wct war3map.wts war3map.wtg war3map.wct (not compiled code for world editor). It's possible the map you have has corrupted the world editor code to confuse you. My tool deletes the world editor code & restores it from the jass file.

Level info data missing or invalid" should only happen on a protected map, I'm surprised you got that even though my tool was able to open & save in world editor during the automated process. If you can send me a link to the map file I can troubleshoot. - The only thing I can think of is that my tool renames the map to _deprotected.w3x so maybe you opened the original instead of deprotected file?

I just realised you are right, seem like all versions without the "-opt" are deprotected already, could have seen that myself... https://www.epicwar.com/maps/177032/ would be optimal to have version 0.985 instead of any less frequent version .

but still I dont know how to fix all the script errors to be able to save the map. is there any workaround like exporting all triggers and the saving map without any triggers and just add the trigger via mpq file?

also I have to admit, my world edit.exe seem to be kinda corrupted, since it is unable to open maps directly, I always have to open editor and then browse for the map. which causes your deprotection file to fail in the process, because it cant open the map itself D:.. I fixed it once, but I forgot how I did that :D
