Stalls on long route transfers (Windows version)

Hi, love the toolkit! It's working great except for on long routes, exporting the videos seems to stall after a while. The toolkit window itself is active and responsive but file transfer i/o seems to slow way down (from say 500MB/s to < 1 MB/s. This is on a long route, and all the exported files are generated at once, but even on a Samsung Pro SSD, the throughput really slows down. I'm guessing it's because there are 200+ files open / being written at once, but I'm surprised that the total disk activity really slows down. Is there any way to implement a queue where say 20 files (or user selectable number of files) are written at once to completion, then the next 20 and so on until the selected route is completely exported? Or is there some other way to deal with this issue? I want segments 70-80 of this long drive, but they never finish transferring.
